2 Way Nail Art Brushes Vs Trad Paint & Brush

Hi All
At the moment I do nail art with a fine detail brush and paint however I have been tempted to get a set of those 2 way nail art brushes. Can anyone advise how good they are as they appear to be varnish rather than paint? How would this affect the design as from my experience its a lot easier to do artwork with paint than varnish.

If you are going to buy them make sure they are high quality such as nubar otherwise the brushes can be quite bad, its pot luck with the cheaper ones, they also block quite easily so keep a pin handy, i personaly would stick to a brush and dotting tools if i were you
