How Long to Qualification day certificates take to arrive

Hi Peeps
I have'nt had chance to call designer nails as have been so busy and my emails to them keep coming back as failed. I did my qualification day on Dec 20th just wondered if any one had a rough idea how long they take to arrive?
Any ionfo would be much appreciated.

I did not have a problem with the web site hun it was just i have sent a few messages re this and they keep getting returned as failed.
It may well be something to do with my email address.... i don't know it seems to be sending to everyone else ok!!
I will try sending another email to DN And see what happens

I passed my masters on Nov 18th and didn't get me certificate until the week before last. I phoned DN straight after xmas and they explained that it was due to come out and the reason it can take so long, is because the master certificates are hand written and done in batches.
They are lovely tho. HTH

My Foundation Certificate arrived 10 days after my course was completed. :)

I think it took approx 4 weks for my masters certificate to arrive. It is worth waiting for though as its lovely!

I did mine on the 7th December and still have not received my certificate :sad:

Hopefully they won't be too long, but I know that Liz, who hand writes them, is always very busy!!!! (I'm making excuses here.....please hurry up...I can't wait to see it!!!!!)

I'm waiting for my certificate too..I called Designer Nails a couple of weeks back and apparently they were waiting for the delivery as they come over from America and then as you say, they are hand written...doubt it will be much longer as my ones in the past have always come very quickly :)

Because the class was before the Xmas period, we had to send all the certificates to the calligrapher - we only got them returned yesterday and they should be going out to you all today!! ;) HTH's :hug:

What a lovely surprise my certificate came today whilst i as at work i am so impressed!!!
