cosmetic clinics and apprenticeships

I was just wondering if anybody knew if skin clinics are likely to take you on whilst training? Id love to be able to concentrate and learn more on level 3 electrical treatments (microdermabrasion/micro currant and what not) and actually have a job doing what i enjoy rather than the level 2 treatments im currently doing in a salon with the odd crystal clear.
