Hi Geeks

Just a quick question do you specialise in a treatment, example waxing, nail art, facials?? If you do have you got more business from being specialised in one treatment or do you find that you may have lost business because you have a special treatment? The reason for my question is that I do not have an usp and I love facials and body wraps I’m thinking about pushing this business but don’t want to lose any.

I've found that the way people encourage clients to take up treatments they like to do is to be passionate about them and to price them slightly competitively. For instance, a therapist who loves waxing will do the best job, but also be one of the lowest prices around.

They don't necessarily refuse any business, they just encourage one particular aspect.

I specialise in eyelash extensions I would say its about 80-90% of my business.

Because I specialise and do eyelashes alot I can complete a set in less time than other technicians who only maybe do a few sets a week so I can keep my prices down also my clients love that its doesnt take as long out of there day.

I also totally love lashes I live breathe and sleep them so my clients know they are always going to gt the best from me x

my USP is that I am holistic.

My main work is massage, I know MANY types of massage. People like that. they think that I know my "stuff".

I do offer some beauty/body treatments but the products I use are plant extract based or ayurvedic based.
