Does anyone use / have used inverted nails? Ive been looking at them on Facebook & I like the idea but wondering if anyone has used them?

do you mean nail moulds like popits ?

Inverted nail moulds are not the same thing as PopIts.

Exactly, popits you apply the L&P into the mould, place it on the nail and wait for it to set then pop off the mould. But inverted moulds are a super thin layer of plastic that you apply the L&P into, place on the nail and leave there it cannot be popped off once the L&P has set.
I did try them but found them unnatural looking and fiddly to put the right amount of pressure on as they are too thin to press onto the nail the product squidges out,
Poppits are a harder mould and much easier to position. You rebalance poppits in the same way as normal L&P.
Inverted moulds you have to remove the plastic coating by filing before you can rebalance, and also when they grow out there is an obvious step in zone 3
