I had to share this, I had a young lady book in for a brazilian wax and when she de-robed I just stared at her and said "oops, I must have made a mistake, I've got you booked in for a brazilian, what are we ACTUALLY doing today?" - she had NO hair.

Turns out she'd shaved 3 days previously. Sent off with an appointment card for 4 weeks.

Ha ha! I was only telling somebody yesterday how clients that shave say 'Oh it was a long time ago. About 5 days ago'. NEXT!!!!!!
 
Crazy isn't it? Haha!
