HD Brows, Wow Brows......what's the score?

Could somebody tell me what the difference is between the HD Brows, Wow Brows, etc and normal waxing, tinting and shaping? Is there some magic formula in these brands or is it all just the same thing with a brand name? I love doing eyebrows and think they are the most important part of shaping ur face. Would u recommend taking one if these courses if u are already confident enough in brows? Would I learn anything new for the scary money they are asking for?
