The mousse is a mousse and the cream is a cream lol. I personally prefer the mousse as its easier to apply. The St. Moritz is great, beautiful colour, easy to apply and only costs about £3. I am fair and buy the darker shade. It has a natural colour. Sorry, wasn't being cheeky at start of my reply. Hth
