Hi right basically I suffer from ezcema and the occasional break out in spots. My skin is lovely and ezcema pretty much gone when I go abroad....so shall u use sunbeds? I've heard they can help with this too...?

Thanks in advance

Sun beds and holidays are very different! I personally find sun/sunbeds make my eczema worse! Makes it go very itchy!!

It may help though it just depends on each person it can make it worse though my partners skin was really bad and he had four SUNBED sessions over a month and touch wood its cleared X and I suggested he uses wee mans baby Johnston top to toe for showering that also helped x

I have a skin conditionslightly worse than exzema and i cant live without my sunbeds now i can see instant inprovement after one

I have psorasis and I dont no what I would do with out the sunbeds . It clears my skin up instantly . I go on approx 3 mins twice a week. I dont go on them for tan just so my skins clear then I have more confidence in myself. Do what you feel best. I go for regular appointments with gp and he checks al my moles and beauty spots aswell . X

Also Aveno skin care is lovely for us sensitive skins x
