I have looked at applying previously and I was told I don't have the relevant experience.
I've been a qualified make up artist for 10 years, have worked in box offices at the RSC and in the west end up to a management level and have been qualified in all things 'beauty' for 9 months.
They are basically looking for strong retail experience and appear to assume that anyone can be taught to 'do' make up but nobody can be taught to sell to targets.
Just my experience, but I've had this with benefit, mac, bare mineral and all of the estee Lauder brands.
Quite soul destroying really!!
