I've signed up to do a weekend stall at an event in June (12 hours in total). I do mobile spray tanning and need to get my business out there a little more. The idea is to offer a one off special of 25% off and a free gift bag (containing a couple of sachets of Sienna X, body puff and a small bag of sweets!) if they buy on the day and leave a 50% deposit. I was going to say they had to pay all upfront but thought people may be more reluctant to do this as I don't have a salon.

I haven't done an event like this before, it's at a school (1200 pupils), but I believe it's always well attended and there are lots of things going on, craft stalls as well as trade.

My question is, how many bags do I make up? Has anyone ever done anything like this and do they go well? I'd be gutted if I walked away from the event and I'd lost money. But also if I hadn't taken enough.

Any ideas / advice would be greatly received!

Thanks Charlie

Thinking either 25 or 50 kits as the sachets come in boxes of 25.

Any advice?
