Hi Geeks

I was wondering if anyone had any advice about treating a trapped nerve in the shoulder (C5). I was thinking of using hot stones to warm the area and then massage in pain relieving oils on the area. Any advice would be appreciated.

With a trapped nerve you do really need to take anti imflamatories but I do use the hot stones to ease it but you should use ice to take imflamation down. What does your doctor or chiropractor say xxxx

Its not for me its a client I have coming to see me. I gather she has had it for sometime and feels massage may ease the pain. Do you think using a mix of hot and iced stones may be a good idea??
