I literally can't find it anywhere, I posted about a problem with a big company maybe they have deleted it because it's the name?

Ok thanks, I would just like to add that I was not slating the company, I was wanting advice on what to do as I have been on the phone all day and getting nowhere!
Anyone who wants advice in a situation like you have experienced, could post and explain the problem they are having, but crucially, don't mention the company name. Your thread is unlikely to get deleted then.

Ok thanks, I was only explaining the situation so other stylists could understand the situation but I will not mention the company name next time!
