Trade Mark facial

Hi everyone I would like to trade Mark one of my facial programs it is a course of various treatments and techniques I preform regularly for clients of the clinics I work in .both the name and the protocols I would like to trade Mark I work within Europe also so need to be compliant there .I have absolutely no idea how I can go about this I would appreciate any advice at all from anyone as I have some telly work coming up and would like to get something in place quickly ps I have spoke to the companies who's products and equipment I use and there all happy for me to use and name there products
