hi can u help me just used so red rv on my hair base 5rm not used these colours colour turned out fab on ends but roots brighter than ends what have i done wrong should i of used 1o % on

Well if your staying same, darkening or going 1 shade lighter use 10vol 2 shades and grey coverage 20vol 3 shades lift 30 vol 4 shades lift and use with ultra blondes 40vol you can use 11 range to tone with 10vol,
Please tell me you used sored rv with a colour as well? It is not supposed to be used on it own on scalp x

thankyou im just returning to hairdresssing after having couple of years out having my children really appreciate your advice noticed you know everything about matrix going to go on their course next month but just couldnt wait to try their reds lol. will this cour lift tinted hair to the intence brightness have had lots of clients asking for bright red that have dark tinted hair base 4 /5 would i need to pre lighten sorry for all the questions but you know your stuff x x

It lifts on coloured hair but doesn't come out bright bright on coloured hair, base 4-5 natural it comes out bright! X
