I've just seen the beauty guild are advertising an online course named "professional standards for therapists" I'm a bit skeptical, surely you already know all this stuff? Seems a waste of money to learn something we should all be doing. Although it would look professional and give the client assurance by being on display, just wondering what others think? Xx
 
I think that sounds great the more professional the better

would be even better if girls coming out to college could go to a finishing school and they would have the skills they learned in college developed to a professional level and learn a true understanding of salon etiquette and standards
