Hi could anyone please tell me how you become a trainer e.g with Clarins? Do I need to have a qualification in teaching? Will they train you on the job?

For companys like clarins they usually employ from within, so the girls starting off working on the counters work their way up through the company.

I worked for a large well known skincare company for 7 years and all our trainers had to have at least a PTLLS qualification and at least 5 years industry experience.

Each company is different though, but they will all want experience.

Hope this helps and best of luck with it x
