Bit of advice needed please. I have a regular private client (who tbh is a bit of a pain) who usually has bleach highlights. Last time she wanted some darker put through so I did a dark highlight after every 5 or so bleach. This time she asked for more dark so I put them through every 3rd foil. Got a text from her a few hours later saying its too dark she doesn't like it, can I come fix it. Obviously I've given her times im available but I'm annoyed and would love to say no you asked for dark and you've got it lol. Arghhh so annoying! what would you do?

Explain to her that you can't just bleach tint out of hair that has been bleached previously! What colour is the dark? Maby when she has washed or a few times she will like it, as then she will get used to it and it will have faded a bit! Just tell her no its not possible it's too damaging. X
I have this with one client and u could advised her to use a deep cleansing shampoo this will help the colour fade. Now she's asked again but wants a lighter shade but 9 I advised her that this would not last long or be very noticeable but she was happy with this and doesn't mind.
