Sienna X/spray tanning problem - help!

Hi there,
I have been trained in Sienna X spray tanning for 2 months, and i have just done my first bride, and im really worried...She had a dark patch on her inner arm right at the top, i think its because shes quite big busted and looks like shes moved her arm against her boob when it wasnt dry.... i have a feeling she will be calling me tomorrow?! Do you think it will wash off, im not too sure as was quite a lot of guide colour compared to the rest of the arm so surely def going to be a patch there!? Any thoughts, has this happened to anyone else, I did keep saying to her to make sure she doesnt relax her arm against her body..... please help me!! xxx
