Hello everyone, I am considering taking on a self employed fully insured Aesthetic Nurse to work a few days in my Salon. All bookings, deposits and payments will be made through the Salon and then she will invoice me at the end of every calendar month.
What I am looking for is a Contract Pro Forma between the Salon and the Nurse and then a Contract/Guidelines for Clients. We are acting purely as a referral agency and the Nurse will be responsible for everything else, ie: complaints and such like. Does anyone know where I can get such contracts and guidelines.
