I'm heading to Sally's tomorrow hopefully I'll get something or even that one. Never been asked for shellac pedicure and not done it since my training and at college we used a basin!!!

I highly recommend something with disposable liners. Very sanitary, thus giving peace of mind.
Good luck on Saturday! :)

For shellac pedi u don't soak feet,it's just file&shape+cuticle work+paint,if you soak feet the shellac won't stay on...however you can soak after you are done,or perform a spa pedi after the shellac aplication for an extra ;)

I'm doing the shellac first and the pedicure after. I'm really nervous as I've not done this since my training....

You don't soak the foot if you do a Shellac Pedicure. Do all foot care to prep the toenails so Shellac will adhere correctly and then you finish up with scrub and massage cream. I use hot towels but I make sure I do all the necessary prep on the toe nails without water logging them or you will run into trouble with the client coming back in with peeling Shellac.

You can get away with a very quick soak before you apply shellac but nothing longer than 2 minutes.

I have recently bought the belava heater massaging unit and bowl with liners. I love it! You can use it without the bowl of water aswell, so it can be used in file and polishes. Or take the bowl off whilst the feeet have a masque on and put in the terry bootees and put on the unit.
I've had great comments on it :)

Hello
Could you please tell me where you bought your massaging unit? Everyone I tried seems to be out of stock

I think Ellisons have them aswell as the footsie which I use and love. The footsie is nice and deep for washing off product and has all the settings you need for a spa pedi.
