Hi hun... firstly all the best with your training. I really wouldn't get too hung up on timings to begin with... how long a full head takes you to begin with will be completely different to what it takes in just 6 months time. Take your time and do a perfect job... the rest just falls into place x

For a full head it takes me about 4 hours with cutting and that is about 200 strands. As a general rule one extension strand should just take one minute to apply. So for a half head it should just take two hours. But since you are just starting out then don't worry too much as the more experiences you are you will find your timings go down.

Same as above... a full head takes me about 4 hours start to finish. I usually book in for 8 o'clock and 1 o'clock with a quick break for lunch and it's very rare I run over.

Good thing about it taking the time it does is that you can thoroughly go through aftercare as you fit x

Yes thats the main thing I will worry about is after care or people not doing what that r told ,i spent 3 hour last night deciding and making on line after care sheets,so they will be here when iv done my training,i know what u r thinking uv not trained yet but I have a good knowledge, have picked my expansionist friends brain lots and using the advice from the supplier I think I will use to ,wan to be ready :-D

As mentioned I wud concentrate on application technique and speed will come with time. I used to take up to 5 hours when I first started out, now it usually takes me 3 hrs for a full head. 30 mins to wash hair with clarifying shampoo and blast dry, 2 hours to apply ext, 30 mins to cut & blend. I usually use approx 150-175 bonds for full head and 75-100 for half head.

Honestly hun... doesn't matter if you take 5-6 hours to begin with as long as you give a flawless application then your reputation will bring you all that you need.

Good luck with everything x

i think im quite slow ha takes me 4-5 hours for a full head but id rather take my time and get it right than rush and end up in a mess :)
i use 150-200 bonds depending on thickness of clients hair
i usually always use 0.8g strands but finding them a bit too heavy for some fine hair so for really fine haired clients im using 0.5g
