Are you a hairdresser your profile says you are, but with you saying the hairdresser coloured it it doesn't sound like you are.

If you're not a hairdresser then the only advice we can give is to go to a salon. Also if you're not trained then you could have damaged your hair by doing a bleach bath. So putting more colours on top will cause further damage.

You need to be a professional to use professional products

Why does it say on your profile the system you use is loreal then you clearly don't what to do with it :/

I don't think my answer was rude. Its just confusing that you say on your profile that your system is l'oreal yet you admit you're not used to it, as this is your first post its hard to tell if you are a hair pro from other answers you have given in the past. Too many people try and get advice on professional products by filling in a fake profile so we're just weary.

Either way hair pro or not I'd go back to whoever done the colour and blech bath. They should never have let you leave the salon if the roots are that bad so they should rectify this for you.

Hi there , if you are not used to loreal , then why not use your normal color range to counteract the orange ? I am not a loreal user either so cant give you any info what color to use , but you just need to look at your color wheel.
What range do you use normally ? Xx

The op has stated that she is fully qualified, more than once.

If people don't want to give advice then don't comment at all. I had to intervene in another thread last week along the same lines. It is not up to the members on this site to decide if another member is qualified or not, that is what the report button is for. Either answer politely, report or just pass on by.

Try 1/2 6.01 1/2 7.01 +9vol DiaActivator, reason I add the 7.01 cause the .01 can go a bit darker, and the new riches we range always goes darker then normal which is a pain, that should do the trick, watch it, you may or may not need to use the full 20minute development time
