Soooo Excited but scared, where to start?

morning.....

Well only got the news today that my offer has been excepted on a beauty salon
As you can imagine I am very excited but just don't where to to start , will obviously have all the legalities to deal with over the coming weeks , but getting so overwhelmed with what I need to get done.

It is an existing business so can hopefully carry on , however not buying any stock so will need to restock the place .
So much going on my in head ...hence I can't sleep tonight !

OMG Have I missed anything ....also I plann to continue my full time and run the salon work in there evening and on a Saturday untill it builds enough for me to give up my FT JOB !! Am i mad ?

I am in a similar situation to you! But I'm just waiting approval from the landlord! :/.

Products I have narrowed it down to

Young nails for nail extensions and gel polish.
They also have a manicure and pedicure range called lomasi which I will stock.

I'm going to stock and retail opi polishes I think

And eve Taylor for facial products.

Im also thinking to get u. Sienna x for tanning.
