Thats really excellent she trusts you and your skills enough to look after her business. If you can do it, DO IT! That's my only advice.
I am sure you'll do really well!
Congrats :)

Put it this way, if she didn't think you were up to it she wouldn't have asked you. It will be scary no doubt but you will learn so much from it. Good luck. Let us know how you get on.

Hey hey!!! Congrats! Take the offer! Honestly you will be fab! Turn the salon into how you want it to run, set the standard higher and make sure all the clients praise you when the boss is back :) this way you might get employment! So pleased for you! :D xx

Aww thanks i hope so and yea thats what i was thinking obv nothing major but i know what you mean and yeap i hope they will, and she has been running on her own for a few years now due to her having a baby etc so cut her hours back but im thinking if she get use to me and i can show her i can bring extra income in then she might be tempted, she has said i could rent a chair but would rather be employed
And thankyou im quite excited now :-) x

go for it hun, from all i have read in past posts you have made, you are confident in what you are doing so no wonder your boss feels that you can run the salon, take this opportunity by the horns and show your boss what you are made of.and i hope you get employment and all the best in your level 3
