What do you suggest?

Hi.

I am totally new to the beauty industry and am looking to be mobile to earn some extra money, can you suggest what sort of fast trak courses i do to kick start me into the nail industry.

Also i am keen on starting with eyelash extensions, but how popular are they and again can you recommend anyone, im looking at lash perfect at the minute.

Finally are these good options or do you suggest i go in another direction.

From what I read on here, the fast track courses are NOT the way to go. Do some research and go with a reputable company. HTH and best of luck! :)

There are plenty of cheap "fast track" courses out there, some of which you can do in a day, but i would strongly advise you against them. Cheap fast track courses will not turn you into a good nail technician, and you will struggle to keep hold of a client base because when your customers realise that your nails arent very good they will go elsewhere. Its also very stressful having to handle calls from customers who arent happy with the work you've done. My advice would be to have a bit of patience, it's great that you're eager to get started, but take a step back, choose your course wisely and take your time learning. That way you will have more chance of becoming a good nail tech and being able to build up a good client base.

Regarding which training provider you should go with, there are several good ones, personally I trained with CND, they're not the quickest or the cheapest, but in my view they are the best. Good luck finding the right course for you :D:D

I would recommend you to start eyelashes extensions for your salon because several beauty styles come and go but the style for beautiful eyelashes is evergreen and most of women wants their eyelashes to look nice, dark, beautiful and attractive that makes them to be center of attraction in various functions and parties. However, curly eyelashes are also very common these days.
