when using wella colour touch what will determine what strength develpoer you would use?
sorry if its a silly question but my brain does not seem to be functioning today lol i assume the 1.9 would be say to refresh the colour and the 4% would be for what? as we were told 3% does not lift hair colour only allow it penatrate so what would 4% be used for? x

4% is for more intense shades, like red and purple. Also the 4% is used with colour touch PLUS, as this covers 70% grey hair :)

ahh thanks im having a brain blockage tonight haha yes of course would need the higher % for grey hair makes total sense now and so if you had 6/7 colour touch applied and its faded and wanted to reapply you would only need the 1.9% then x
Also colour touch + has its on 4% to use with it! x

Yeah your spot on! The 1.9 will just deposit the colour and tone :D
