Oh my its driving me mad ha ha. The odd client keeps cancelling there nail appointment and not re booking for a cpl of months. To give there nails a rest. More like give there purse a rest! I've had 4 clients stretch out there app this wk alone. Just makes my job harder but so many people are struggling for money at the moment from a personal level i totally understand. How do you all keep them coming and sticking to 2/3 wk infills. Some off mine are leaving it 5/6 weeks.

I charge more for nails left over 3/4 weeks so they tend to keep within to save themselves £5.. Infills are 2/3 weeks after this it's usually a rebalance as they have grown too much so they get charged accordingly. It is tough out there at the mo and money is tight for lots of people but iv never been busier, I think they are treating themselves more and going without the bigger things :)

To be honest I dont pro-actively do anything to avoid this, perhaps I should. I empathise with my customers who are struggling to pay for their nail appointments because I know how they feel, I think we're all struggling financially at the moment. Provided they keep coming back to me i'm happy to let them take a break or leave longer between infills if thats what they need, and hopefully the financial climate will start to improve in time.
