Hey fellow Geeks new on here. and loving the site. wish id none about this site a long time ago its fab. My first post so though id post about foxy hair extensions new Italian keratin bonds. has anyone else had problems taken them out with their own removal solution. i spent over 2 hrs last week taken a clients bonds out and there would not budge. My client had had her foxy extensions put in my another extensionist in the area who was away on her honeymoon hence why she could nt take them out. Am certain she d of bin very glad to be holidaying somewhere exotic rather then fighting off rock hard bonds lol x

thats quite True. perhaps i should of turned it down.there were a few acward moments u dont want to slate someone elses work as her bonds had been applied great as for rolling of the bonds i dont no if she had been rolling for England or it was the new glue strength by foxy. as she did not have a full head application of bonds i said over phone id charge her 20 cheaper that what i said to her first time she called. and (boy was i kicking myself afterwards). i will most defo only take my own bonds out from now on unless i see client before appointment.

Hiya what a nightmare! I hate removing other peoples work! They do say at foxy that their own remover will only remove their bonds. But if you were using their remover and still not coming out easy then I'd guess the poor girl was wearing foxy imitations........

Have they not changed their solution though since you last bought it from them or was it recent?

Bet you wish it was you on that beach now bless ya lol

lol i no yeh. it was one of those jobs u think you le only be in 40 mins max. somtimes you just cant predict the work untill you are there. it was a half empty gel id only had it about 2 weeks.client did say over phone they were rock hard and had been in 9 wks with not a one coming out. so i suppose i was warned. then u think alot of clients say that and when you get there they are out in no time.

Eee a client telling the truth (no offence to clients everywhere!)
But we all know that our extension clients are partial to telling the odd fib hehe

This should be fun, I'm wearing Foxy at the moment, had them in 9 weeks and only lost 2 bonds. I've never had any problem removing my clients in the past, let's hope I don't have problems with removing my own. I have got the Balmain removal gun, so fingers crossed!

can u dispense foxy removal gel into balmain gun? if so i am going to put an order in. and how do you find foxy hair. i ve only ever used they hair. but i was thinking of trying out a few other companys so ihave a broader range of choice. there are great with customer service they no me first and second name now off by heart ordered of them that much. and they only messed my order up once by sending hair to long. yet Simon sent new hair day after and payed the sat delivery. before id even sent old hair bk which i though was kind of them. i do like them as a company.
