Hi
Trying to teach my two year old some nursery rhymes and I'm running out of ideas! He knows twinkle twinkle little star and baa baa black sheep. We're working on incy wincy spider and rock a bye baby. Any suggestions?
Have you tried getting a CD with rhymes on? I've got one in my car that my 2 little ones love and sing along to all the time. It's got wheels on the bus, row row row the boat etc. It can drive you mad after a while tho!! :)

The wheels on the bus go round and round .. Round and round.. Round and round... 😊
My 4 year old has got a cheap stereo from asda in her bedroom so she also plays her CD's on that when she's playing. I found it really helped their language development because of the repetition of the songs :)

Aw, such an amazing post!! The memories!! My niece loves wind the bobbin up..but adds her own words at the end!! Been tryin to get the hubby to do nursery rhymes with his 4yo boy as he has speech difficulties and I think he'll benefit from them! I loved oranges and lemons, jack and jill, worm at the bottom of the garden, incy wincy spider, 5 little ducks go swimming one day, 2 little dickie birds, here we go round the mulberry bush, Im a little teapot...just so many!!
