Didn't know brow tint and tan didn't mix, ooops!

Hiya, just tinted a client's eyebrows (and a very slight tidy, really did not take off many hairs), cleaned off all the product etc, then shortly after she had a spray tan, apparently there are now orange patches under her eyebrows.

Does anyone know why this would've happened and how can they be removed considering the delicate nature of the skin?

Tinting should always be done 24hours before tanning as it will react and go green or orange ! You should have been told this in training ?
