Always late?

Ok so my hairdresser is always late and its really starting to bug me! She's only done my hair about 4 times but every time I get a text sayin she's going to b late! I'm a mobile beauty therapist and am always on time!!! Wat do I do? X

Maybe next time you book ask if shed rather you booked slightly later as you dont want to run late for your clients?
or you could call on the day and ask if shes running to time due to commitments if your own.Maybe she will then make a mental note of running on time in future

Im I hairdresser and it is very rare that I run late and if I do its normally because my last client is late ,l always book plenty time for my clients I hate being late for anything,if she late all the time she needs to book more time or she will start losing clients its not acceptable really :-D

thanks ladies, i think its because she tries to cram in as many appts as possible to make as much money as possible but every time she's at least 30 minutes late and that to me is really unacceptable! i might have to find another one! really frustrating! x

30mins late is bad :/
I understand there isn't much she can do if the client before was late, but I'd she was maybe 1 or 2 mins past the appointment time you wouldn't notice or care but 30mins is really bad x

I'm really hot on being early or on time, but must admit if I do run late (VERY rare) it always falls on the same client.
Why not book your app first thing.. Then there is no excuse for her lateness.xx

I know I had stuff to do and seriously threw my whole day out and I was rushing around like a mad woman! x
