Whats the best gel nail polish for 14w UV lamp?

What Gel polish do you recommend for use with an Essential Nails 14w uv lamp.
How long do you reckon it will take to cure etc.
Is the Gel polish good to remove too?
How much does it cost roughly?
Was thinking of Gellux, but is it difficult to remove?

Also could you tell me what soak off gels are? Are they called this just by the way you remove them? Are these the best?

This is for use on myself btw as I have not done a course as you can see!

Most gel polishes require a 36 watt UV lamp to cure them.
There are lots of threads on here about lamps and it is important to use the correct one for each system.
I would strongly advise you do some training in gels before purchasing or using them,as improper use can lead to allergic reactions.
