Wella Koleston Help!

I have been trying to make the color 9/5 but so far I've been unsuccessful... Does anyone know how to make Wella Koleston colors that have been discontinued?

Found it! This was sent to the salon I was in at the time from wella (2008)
9/5- 30ml 9/0 and 1ml 0/45
If there are any others you would like to recreate just let me know :)

Not sure about 6/41, haven't got any details for that but 6/4 was discontinued and they said 30ml 6/43 and 2ml of 0/45 for that so maybe add a little ash into it aswel?
