Gel Nails

Hi,

I have just done a day course for acrylic and gel nails. But i am wondering how to do gel colour nails? Do you have to put one clear layer of gel and then 2 layers of the colour gel on top to stop the colour staining the real nail?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Day course for Acrylic and Gel? Took me 2 days to learn just Gel lol

But yes, you can put two layers of colour over the gel

In all honesty this is something you need to go back to your tutor and ask, you will most likely find you'll require further courses in the future as you cannot cover everything you need to know in just one day. Have you looked at Infills? Rebalances? Contraindications? Aftercare? I hope I don't sound rude. I'm just advising xx

We are not having a dig at you. But learning Acrylics and Gel in just one day, seems alot to cram in. I just find it hard to take in how you learned everything in this small space of time.

im doing nails at the mo and its taking me 4months so far and im still not done at all i could imagine doing this in 1day id be pulling my hair out.

the gel/acrylic course at CND academys is TEN days long..
