Hi all
My website has recently gone live and although so far I have had nearly three hundred views I have had very little back from it. Could you please have a look and see what you think is wrong and if there is anything that I should change. Any feedback would be really appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
Is that 300 unique visits or 300 visits overall. you might find alot are you, building the site? or non client visitors?
Do you use google analytics?
I think it needs that wow factor on home page, something that makes it stand at and says 'look at us, get in touch' something to make a client want to contact you,as appose to the next salon they find?h
hope that helps

Are they your nails or a clients on the front page?
I am not sure the photo has the wow factor?
I think you need a really good quality photo on the front page.
Hope this helps

Thank you to both of you for your feedback. It is just a template website through vistaprint which I edit myself. To be honest I just wanted something to get me going. But I will have a play with it maybe change the front picture and see how it looks and if I get a better response with a revamped home page.
Thanks again its really appreciated.

Hi Keeley,
Good job, but I think it's a little too much 'pink' all over, it'd be good if a price list and a bit about yourself would be of a different colour. That way certain information will stand out and won't be lost against pink background. :wink2:

Hi, if I was a client I would like to see more pictures on your gallery. I also agree, it just needs a bit of oompf to get peoples attention.

Hi Keeley,
I feel probably bit too much pink. Change your text colour or vise versa with your background colour.

Hi Keely,
Have you tried Weebly?? It is completely free. I played about with a few but found this one the easiest and there are so many templates. Mine isn't published yet but from someone who has never built a website before, I am blinkin pleased with it.
Good luck xx

Hi everyone thanks ever so much for taking the time to have a look and post some feedback. I will have a play with it and loose some of the pink.
*Sqeakydee I know what you mean about more photos its just that I am still so new I dont have much of a portfolio just yet but it is something that I will add to but again thank you for your comment.
*Adam thank you for your comment. If I am honest the reason I went with this one is that all my promotional material could match and it didnt cost the earth to do but in the future I may look to change it and will certainly give you a look.
*Salzgirlie thanks ever so much I will have a look.
