I am looking to hire another hairdresser?

However I don't want to pay them a set wage, just in case they are really quiet and not bringing their money in as it puts me out of pocket..

Can somebody explain to me the rent a chair system or the commision based? What is the best scheme to use?!

Please help, need a hairdresser as soon as possible!!

Thank you xxx

Is it right that I'm paying £25. A day chair rent and I have to pay 40 percent of my takings on top of chair rent ?

Gracie I was paying both chair rental AND a percentage of each service. Biggest mistake ever!
Most places only charge one or the other. I found out the hard way.
