I currently offer princess parties but struggle to get bits for the children for the party bags as they are all different ages. I wanted to come up with something that was around £1 to give each of the children instead of a bag of goodies? maybe i could have ages 5-7 have one thing 7-10 another and 10-15 another? Does anyone have any good ideas of just one thing that I could get? Thanks :)

Nail files - the patterned ones, mini hair brushes, hair bands? i think it would be quite hard to find things for a pound, if you were happy to spend a bit more, nail varnishes might be good? I don't know it's quite difficult isn't it? Xx

Poundland had little packs of 4 lip glosses. I've bought them and split them up to put in party bags, but if you kept them together as 4 shades it would probably be popular. Hth x

I take cup cakes for all the children to my pamper parties, suits all ages and they love them, I contacted a local cake lady and she does me a deal as I get her to attach her business card to them and then i attach mine too, so if they make it home the parents have our contact details!

Love the idea of the cakes and a good way to advertise. You would obviously need to order an extra one each time to check the quality :-) . On a serious note is it just file, polish and nail art you offer at the parties? Reason I ask was a friend asked me about doing one and I avoided answering as I wasn't sure if I was comfortable with the concept.

I do beauty aswell so I offer different options, but i do tend to do file and polish with nail art on just fingers or fingers and toes, I have alos bought some of the Barry M effects to go over the polish as they are so quick and easy and they have been hugely popular! and yes I always order at least 1 extra cup cake as they need to be tested ;)

You can buy a pack of 20 glitter tattoos in organza bags for £20 on amazon. That's what I used to give the kids.

I do fingers & toes doing nail designs, either sticking rhinestones into topcoat (little bows/hearts/stars) or dots or crackle glaze. I find they love watching what you do so I'm making up little goody bags for them to take home with either a dotting tool or a little pot of gems, or sheet of stickers. Think it'll go down well xx

thanks ladies, only reason i say a pound is because i only charge an extra £2.50 for a goodie bag, do you think this should go up? i was thinking perhaps a bag of retro sweeties each which comes in about £1.50 x
