I have the beauty area in my hair & beauty salon coming up for rent due to me going on maternity leave and wanting to go part time when I return.
The area has 3 rooms used as 1) nail room 2) waxing and treatment room 3) spray tan room and would be on a weekly rent base not a percentage. Bed and desk would not be needed as are provided.

Sorry because I got messed around so much by people wanting to come in and changing there mind last minute I've decided after my maternity I'm going back to doing it
