It's totally sick, but why are you even dignifying it by starting a thread about it? These types of pages thrive on negative press. In this case, just ignore the problem and it will go away.
I saw this too it made me feel physically sick and it takes a lot to get to me! I'm getting annoyed with all the 'like this picture to raise money' with images of beaten kids or babies in hospital. Just sick and evil!

That is beginning to annoy me aswell. There was one on mines tonight with a baby with his face all bleeding and stuff. I couldn't even look at it as that makes me quesy. But all this like if you remember this stuff is really annoying!

As sick as that page may look and sound. Some people get payed to do those things,
I watched a documentary a while ago on tv about the Internet and the way people can earn so much from it.
Basically the person who made that page could be an average person, they may not even like the stuff they have wrote on the page. However if they are signed up with an advertisement company (I forgot the name of the one on the documentary)
For every 'like' and 'comment' they will make some money, even if it's on 1p for like or per comment... They have got people wound up now so they must be making alot of money.
Be careful, you all may be paying someone's wages :)

Who knows?
The person that made that page is looking for attention, if they are getting paid for every like and every comment on the page then they will choose a subject that will get attention. Dead babies is a subject that will get attention from a wide range of people, every man and woman will be disgusted by the page and want to comment with their thoughts... However if they was to do a page on a weaker subject, like 'a tv programme' they are only Going to be noticed by a small variety of people, and wouldn't make as much money.
I agree, Report the page
But posting it somewhere like here may only be making somebody more money
We live in a very sneaky messed up society :)

This page has been going on for years, it gets reported and then taken off but they just create new ones.
The best thing to do is to block the page and forget about it, I know it's upsetting but don't feed the trolls, don't comment on the page. Just block it!
Hopefully karma will get the best of them! X
