Caramel colour?

hi geeks,

i need some help am looking for a really good caramel for highlights for my hair. the now I have 7/73 wella all over with a few bleach foils at the front and applied a 9.31 dia richesse toner, would a high lift be better like a 921 majiblonde with 9%? or should i be going for a 8base? "i don't mind what brand all suggestions would be a big help" ( i have wanted this colour in this pic foreva)

I use ingora royal ,i would use 8.5 or 9.5 with 30 vol :-D
