Afternoon All :)
I am looking to get a hydrolic or electric bed (the hydrolic couches are cheaper so swaying more to that option) but wanted to see where you have purchased them from and how comfortable they are?
I have seen this bed on lots of websites but it looks really hard!
Does anyone have this type of bed?

I have just ordered this couch from an ebay seller in white so will let you know when its here!
I bought a two section one from Avalon. British company and British made ... It's very well made, life time guarantee, electric back lift, and very comfortable.
Remember your client spends most of their time on your table so make sure you invest in it. It took me ten years to go from my portable Earthlite table to my Avalon one.

Ah that would be great thanks Lauren!
And I agree the bed is so important but I can't afford the electric 3 section at the mom t so the hydraulic one will have to do I think!
I'll keep shopping around ;)
Thanks for all your help!

Jade i ordered mine from here:
Massage Tables, Pedicure Stools Stations items in sunrisebeautyuk store on eBay! (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/sunrisebeautyuk)
they sell black and white, ill upload some pictures for you tomorrow when it has been delivered so you can see a better view.
i have always worked with the electric REM couches but considering my budget wasn't that much this couch seemed like the next best thing for me. Also i like the fact the base isn't as large as a lot of other couches

When I bought my salon over ten years ago, I invested quite heavily in electric 3 part beds. Even now, I can honestly say they were the BEST investment I ever made. I have since moved my salon to a home-based one, and am still using one of the same couches. I know they are expensive, but if I had to start afresh now, I would still invest in the electric couches - and clients LOVE them! At the time, my then business partner and myself had a bit of a disagreement whether or not to also buy an electric pedicure chair. I backed down and we bought a hydrolic one - not the best decision made, and regretted it ever since.

If you are investing that much in a table make sure you try it before you buy! I drove from Wolverhampton down to Avalon to try the couches for myself ... I was spending over £1,000 and wanted to make sure it was the right decision. A costly mistake if it's not right.
