Hi I'm quite new to express lashes trained with lash perfect at beginning on the month but feel quite confident in doing them. Have done lots of sets now even on myself which have lasted at least 2 weeks on all my clients some 3 weeks before noticeable gaps begin to show. However I have one client who they lasted less than a week on so I removed them and reapplied a new set going slightly fuller lashing every lash and she has just text me saying the ones on the edge of her right eye have come away. I really don't know what to suggest to her as they are lasting everyone else fine. She seems really good about it and just wants me to pop round and add some more in but I don't know whether they will last her any better as it seems as though lashes just don't stay on her. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Xx

Hi, as it's only the one client, it doesn't sound as though it's your fault
If they are lasting on everyone else but not her, theres your answer it's HER
Do you prime lashes before express? I'm not familiar with how lash perfect train you?
I wasn't taught to use primer on my express course, but I do use it on every set, I wouldn't do lashes without it.
Do you remove oils etc from lashes before you begin? This particular client could be more oilier than the rest of your clients?
Maybe the particular curl your using isn't suited to her?
Sorry these are really basic questions I'm asking lol im just trying to help you figure what's wrong. x

Sorry just re read & seen it's only the outer corner of the right eye, does she sleep on this side? Maybe she has a habit of fiddling with her lashes, rubbing her eye etc..? x

Hi thanks for replying. Yes I always use the pre treatment to remove any oils from the eye before I apply the lashes. I do find that when doing her lashes the outer edges are harder to get to as her eye droops slightly here so don't know if this could have anything to do with it I will ask her about the sleeping thing as maybe it could be down to that. It's just do frustrating as she is a really lovely client and would hate to have to lose her but don't know what else to try?!? X

Bless you, it's so annoying when that happens! But as the previous post said, some people it just doesn't work for, we had the same problem with the LP semi perms.
Ps I PM'd you about the Lash Perfect express lashes course, my beautician has now been, and they are flying out the door and look amazing! :wink2:
