I've recently opened a new salon, and would like to know, what hair colours as in the base colours I should have?
I'm not a hairdresser, but something about the salon collection seems missing. And I would like to know what is actually needed!!! We use l'oreal, and if somebody could write me a list of exactly what I need!

The hairdressers you will be working with should be able to help. They should know what they need to do their job. Or you could ask loreal what they suggest to have on stock.x

Hi there,
As Chazz says, if you're not a hairdresser yourself, then you need to consult your hairdressing staff for stock advice as they will be using the products. A rep will simply be interested in selling you more stock, but you don't want to waste capital on excess stock, if it's going to sit unused and go past it's use by date...
NB: Base colours can easily be mixed. You don't need to stock every single variant.
What happens if a client complains about a hair service? Do you have an experienced member of staff who can deal with these sorts of situations? That's the person who needs to resolve any hair related dilemmas you have.
