HI Kday

If youre looking at doing the make up for make overs etc I would invest in some training.

Personally I wouldnt be buying anything from boots as it wouldnt look professional atall.

Do your research into make up brands on here, ask for samples and make a decision based on the ones you like, what you think your market want. opening order cost and retail profit.

There are plenty of threads on here about different brands. Not quite a simple as popping down to boots I am afraid......

Have a search, there's loads of threads on this. But it's good to have a range not just one brand as not all foundations etc suit one skin type.

Hi, I am biased towards Artdeco. Just need to get that out the way. :-)

You want the highest possible quality, but you need a great value price, you need a product that lasts once applied, you need the highest possible pigmentations so the colours are strong and easily blended. You need a complete range, say 250 eyeshadows, 150 lipsticks, 140 nail colours, 40 foundations, camouflage makeup, blushers, 15 mascara's. Sponges, brushes, lipliners, kajal, khol, liq lacquers, lip gloss, 150 mineral products, make-up base.... say 3000 products or so.

..hmm that ladies right, you need a lot. BUT you need one great brand that can deliver all this... You also want professional support, pro-training and to deal with the company that has the biggest number of Pro Beauty Salon users in the country.

One brand whose products appear on TV every night, in films, in theartre and on millions and millions of people every day all round the world.

Proof of this would be nice? Our facebook is jam packed with exclusive photographs from backstage for the last 3 years!!! Eva Longoria, even! NO MINIMUM order, 27 years of history and development and the fastest growing brand in the UK.

..and we hired a PR company who is only allowed to report actual facts about which stars actually use Artdeco backed up by evidence.
