New client tomorrow, advice needed

Hi Ladies!

I have my first new bride to be tomorrow coming for a trial spray tan and if she likes she is going to rebook for spray tan, waxing, lashes etc. I Just wondered what info should I be giving her. I like the idea of a welcome pack but my price lists and loyalty cards are still on there way, should I make some myself? Should I be giving her some sort of incentive to rebook? I already have special offers on just now. I guess I am just looking for advice on how you would handle this I really want to impress this lady!

Sorry my brain is frazzled today and can't think of what to include, but leaflets and tell her you will forward her the welcome pack when your loyalty cards etc arrive.

Most important is try and relax and be confident and professional. good luck x
