Hey. So I have all these clients who are very loyal and regular and are fab and I love them all to bits. The only problem is they hardly ever 'refer a friend'. I can't outright say: can you spread the word? Lol

I already do a loyalty scheme (have 9 treatments and get the 10th half price) so don't really want to be giving them any more discounts :/

I was thinking of introducing pamper parties as one option and saying here's the details let me know if you'd like to book a party with your friends.

Other than that, I'm at a loss. Any ideas? x

I do bring a friend receive second treatment half price, works well must be same day booking and second treatment same or higher value. Once you get a new client through the door then loyalty works, however I've ditched loyalty programs for bulk bookings. Pre purchase 5 treatments get one free etc.

I just really don't want to give more of a discount :( but I want to do an incentive.

Does anyone give gifts? So like refer one friend get a mini solar oil, refer 5 friends get a top coat or something? Would this work or would I struggle? x

In all honesty I don't think I would bother trying to find 5 friends to recommend just to get a top coat. I think the refer a friend, get a half price treatment is best. Or how about a pamper party? Have 4 friends round for a treatment over £20 each and get yours free. I'd be inclined to find 4 friends quick smart.

I have a new scheme where if they refer a friend once that friend has booked and paid for a full treatment they get a fiver off their next full treatment now just to wait and see if it works :-)

How about a voucher for a treatment ( if small n quick) or money off a treatment that they don't normally have done that why not only are you getting a new client their trying a new treatment end up liking it and repeat book for that.

I was doing a special incentive for my clients that refer a friend. When they refer a friend and that person has their treatment carried out, the referring client will receive a free lash infill or free product (depending on what services they usually get). When clients know they're really getting something back for referring their friends, they will refer because they want that incentive. It may be a bit out of my pocket, but if it gets me a new loyal client, it's worth it. Sometimes you have to give a little to get a little, you know :)

I'd do a leaflet with intro a fried as recieved x% off with t&c saying not in conjunction with any other offer, if they are feeling their purse is a little small that month or week they will use that offer but if they do they can't use their loyalty card, give the new client a loyalty card for next time.
Or maybe if they bring 2 friends then their loyalty card is unaffected and they get their stamp (Oooh 2 new clients for you at full price must be worth letting them advance on their scheme) and give both te cards for next time xoxo
