3 one change it one to hold the chair and one to flick the switch to check it before the one thats holding let's go of the chair and the one changing it gets down lol!

I think it depends on the individual bulb itself, does it really want change, will it be permanent or semi, what are the potential outcomes and most of all, how much will it cost?;)
