Hi,
I haven't been spray tanning very long but I've had some good feedback and some repeat customers so was pleased with how it was going! Recently a girl booked in to have a tan with her boyfriend and it went well and I gave them all the after care advice and they were both pleased. Later that night the girl text and said both their tans had gone really blotchy :( I asked her to send me a pic an she only sent me one of her leg and there was a huge white patch around her knee!!!!!! I was so gutted. I studied the picture and could see it was an odd shape and not something I could have missed while tanning and I know it wasn't there when I finished cause I double checked her whole tan.
I sent the pic to my trainer and she said it definitely didnt look like anything I'd done and it looked as though she's spilt water or something on her leg. I explained to the girl that I don't think this is something that happened a a result of her treatment but as a goodwill gesture I would re-spray her legs but she never got back to me.
Unfortunately this has really knocked my confidence and made me so nervous now while tanning!!
Have any of you ever had something similar??
