hi sorry been on holiday so been pretty quite but some one who went to college with me has been asking for advice over fb for her clients hair eek i know she is level 2 trained but last time she asked me i thought it was for her now she is asking again and now i know its on real people i dont know what to say her questions are vague and its like she has not took anything in at all would you advice her or not?

Hmm, If she's as sneaky as you make her sound I wouldn't give her advice. It's not your fault she didn't pay attention in college.
I know we all ask advice on here but just from our questions you can tell we all know what we're talking about, just sometimes need a push in the right direction or need a 2nd opinion. But from what you've said, your basically doing all the work but she does the hair and gets payed. X
Tell her your too busy to think about it but you've noticed she gets stuck often and think she should take x x and x course's to brush up here she is lacking. Xoxo

If you don't want to help her yourself why not recommend that she joins SalonGeek and gets advice on here from the wider hairdressing community, like you have done?
We don't usually ask people whether they paid attention in college before offering help... ;)
I would personally help her. Cause I would like to know that others would help me.
We all find different areas harder in hairdressing. I found colouring one of the harder areas and coming on here has helped me loads and loads.
Yes as said above tell her to come on salon geek.. More minds is better than one.
